
Mr. Russell was born on August 8, 1977
in Peoria, Illinois. He has one sister, and he also had a Yorkshire terrier
as a pet. He lived and grew up in Centralia,
IL. He went to Irvington School, with twelve kids in his class, and one hundred
eighty in his school. He went there from kindergarten to eighth grade. After
Irvington School, he went to Centralia High School. His favorite teacher was
Mr. Clinton, and his favorite subjects were geometry and pre-calculus. When
he was young, he always wanted to be a biologist.
Mr. Russell went to the University of Illinois. His majors were Speech Communications
and Economics. He went to graduate school at DePaul University. He has college
memories of rollerblading with his friends.
This is his first year of teaching, and he is enjoying it very well. His favorite
subject to teach is math. His favorite part of teaching is learning from the
students and also that everyday is new.

Mr. Russell is a very good teacher, and we’re glad he’s here at
