Mrs. Pierce was born in Park Ridge, Illinois.
She grew up in Glenview and went to Henking and Hoffman Schools. Her favorite
teacher was Mrs. Ryan. At Hoffman School she teaches the 5th grade. Mrs.
Pierce and her husband live in Libertyville.
Her favorite book is Kite Runner and her favorite movie is Grease. Her
favorite foods are hot pretzels and french-fries. She likes to read and knit.
For fun
she goes out to dinner with friends and goes to the movies. She has no pets
except for a class pet, a goldfish.
She attended National Louis University and the University of Illinois. She
has two sisters, a husband, a brother-in-law, and a five month old niece. Her
favorite
game is volleyball. She has been teaching for seven years. She chose to teach
because she enjoys being with kids and helping them learn.
