Ms. Hennessy was born on August 30th and lives in Arlington Heights. She has a mom, dad, and twin sisters named Erin and Katie. She has a loved dog, Toby, and a cute horse, named Hondo. For elementary school she went to Windsor and Longfellow, and for middle school she went to Cooper. She enjoyed cross-country and ran track.
She admires her mom, and wanted to be a teacher or a veterinarian when she was younger. For high school she went to Buffalo Grove, and for college she went to Bradley University. She was in a horseback riding club. She loves horses!
She previously taught reading at Springman and is very excited to teach as a part of our Hoffman family. Ms. Hennessy also dove the Great Barrier Reef, how exciting! Her favorite kids’ book is Matilda by Roald Dahl. She says she loves to read anything! She likes the Chicago Cubs and the Bears! She says she is very excited to teach third grade! She loves mint chocolate chip and cookie dough ice cream. She has traveled to Australia, Italy, Mexico, Canada, Alaska, and England. Her hobbies are horseback riding and biking. She is also interested in poetry!
