
Ms. Brinkman was born on October 17. She lived in Darien, IL with her mom, dad, and sister, Rachel. She went to Holmes and Maerker Elementary Schools, and Westview Middle School. When she was younger, she wanted to be a ballerina.
She went to Hinsdale Central High School, where she ran track and Illinois Wesleyan for college. She did not play any sports in college, but she was in an APO Club and enjoyed volunteering. Her last teaching experience was in Calumet City, where she taught 6th grade Social Studies and Science.
Ms. Brinkman now lives in Chicago in the Ravenswood area. Her favorite book is The Giver, written by Lois Lowry. She likes the White Sox and the Bears, and enjoys eating enchiladas. She has traveled to Italy and to England. She enjoys reading, decorating her house, and going to museums. She also likes science and social studies.
