have cooled off, you can think more clearly and make better choices.

• SAY SORRY: Apologize and take responsibility for your
actions.
• ASK FOR HELP: Ask someone who is not involved in the
conflict to make a suggestion or help you talk it through.
• AVOID: Avoid situations that often result in a conflict.
